Otter Creek Communications Union District
The Otter Creek Communications Union District “OCCUD” was established in July of 2020. Select boards from the Towns of Brandon and Goshen voted to join to appoint representatives to create this municipality whose mission is to expand affordable broadband access to the residents of the member towns.
