Vacancy: Trustee of Public Funds

A position on the Trustees of Public Funds through Town Meeting (March 2026) is vacant due to a resignation. Brandon residents interested in being appointed should submit a letter of interest and the “cover sheet” linked below to me by Thursday, May 22nd. Those will be included in the selectboard meeting packet for May 26th. The selectboard will interview each candidate (so if applying, please plan to make yourself available) in executive session beginning at 6PM on Monday, May 26th. Yes, this is Memorial Day, and yes, the Selectboard meets. The selectboard may make an appointment as early as their 7PM meeting on May 26th.

As mentioned in the cover sheet, it is helpful to attend a meeting of a board if you are asking to be appointed to that board. The Trustees have a meeting warned for 5:30PM this Thursday, May 15th at the Town Hall (lower level).
